Coordinator – Marcie James
Job description: Leading the Steering team and entire MOPS group of 65+ women. Overseeing the coordinator of childcare for over 100 children. Working closely with teams to provide clear expectations while encouraging resourcefulness and creativity. Demonstrating strategic leadership to identify a wide range of expectations and guidelines. Providing effective communication both one-on-one and in a group setting. Encouraging members of team in their responsibilities, delegating appropriately, and assisting as needed. Serving as a liaison between MOPS Intl, chartering ministry and MOPS group.
Passions: sports, travel, reading, church and family
What you add to the team: organized, sensitive to the needs and personalities of others, passionate about helping women to be strong and Godly women who pass those traits on to their families, leadership experience
